自動発信でレビュー依頼が送られてきたのを断る事にした。

Although I do not know every conversation between authors and editors, I believe this request is to review a “second” major revision. Since you stated that "Jornal name" allows only one round of revision, I would like to know the reason how you reached to take the exceptional decision to go though the second major revision. ”.
The decision to accept or reject is exclusively up to editors, not reviewers. As many authors and editors, I do not want to participate in an endless cycle of revision and review. In the last review to their revised manuscript, I made one point they should address. I believe I have done enough for this review and experienced editors can judge if the authors' response is sufficient or not. So I leave the final verdict to the editor.
